Otter & Moose Gift Vouchers £20
Gift Cards are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase and any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.
Further details and T&C’s
- The Gift Card can only be used at Otter & Moose, either online or at an in-person event (UK only).
- Each voucher will have a unique voucher code which can be entered at checkout in order to deduct the voucher amount from the recipient’s basket.
- The card can also be used to purchase goods of a higher value as long as the balance is paid at checkout.
- Vouchers cannot be returned, and are non-refundable except in accordance with your statutory rights. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The voucher can be used as part payment for goods and the balance will remain on the voucher until it expires (18 months from purchase). To check balances, the recipient will need to contact us via email.
- Otter & Moose reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Gift Voucher and refund the voucher at any time. This does not affect your legal rights.
