Ordering is easy – just select your chosen gift box and add it to your basket. Any items no longer required can be removed from your basket at any time.

Shipping costs will be shown prior to your placing your order.

You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering. We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order through Paypal, using your PayPal account, credit card or debit card.

Once your order is complete, you will be notified electronically that we have received the order.

Yes!  In the cart, there is a drop down box entitled “Order details”. Please enter your own words here, and we will enclose your message for that little extra personal touch.

It is our aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt but please allow a little longer if orders are placed between Friday and Sunday, as our normal office hours are Monday to Thursday.

We try to keep delivery charges to a minimum.  You can choose from a number of different delivery options at the point of checkout.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer shipping outside the UK at this stage.

Once you have placed your order, it is packed up here at Otter and Moose HQ, and as soon as it is dispatched we will send you an email .

We hope that you will love your gift box as much as we loved creating it, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will always offer a no-nonsense return and refund policy. Just let us know within 30 days if you are not happy and we promise to do our best to resolve any problems.

Simply return the item to us within 30 days of receipt, unused and in saleable condition in its original packaging, and we will offer you either an exchange or a full refund.

Everything we send out is packaged with the greatest care and leaves here in perfect condition, but occasionally packages get damaged on their way to you. If this is the case, please email us at carrie@otterandmoose.co.uk and we will do our best to help you with a replacement.  Be sure to include your order number, name, address and any further details.
